\nDear\nM<\/a>ember\nof the Board<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nI\nam writing to you as a director of the Charity Commission. There is\na major scandal brewing concerning the Charity Commission and I\nassume that you know little or nothing about it, or you would have\nacted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nThe\nBoard of the Charity Commission has the duty of protecting its\nreputation and integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nAll\nUK charities in the UK are obliged to be for the public good. The\nJewish National Fund Charitable Trust is racist, complicit in ethnic\ncleansing and is allied with those evicting the Sumarin family from\ntheir home in illegally occupied East Jerusalem. It is not for the\npublic good. The Charity Commission has been failing in its\nstatutory duty of oversight. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nBriefly\n\u2013 other materials are availablei<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n1.\n The Jewish National Fund CT is not independent of the Jewish\nNational Fund in Israel (KKL)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\tThe\nagreements between the JNFCT and the KKLii<\/sup><\/a>\nwere known to the Charity Commission, but they were hidden from the\npublic. (The Charity Commission even refused to say whether they had\na copy.) The Jewish National Fund CT does not even own its own name.\n It uses it on lease from the KKL. See below or\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/VgILRxYyYgU<\/a>\nIn\nthe agreement between the JNFCT and the JNF\/KKL, they agree to work\ntogether to find suitable projects for the JNFCT to fund. All the\nmonies raised in the UK by the JNFCT for Israel pass through the\naccounts of the KKL.In the agreement between the JNFCT and the\nJNF\/KKL, they agree to work together to find suitable projects for\nthe JNFCT to fund. All the monies raised in the UK by the JNFCT for\nIsrael pass through the accounts of the KKL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n2.\n The JNF in Israel (KKL) is openly racist and has stated as much in\nan Israeli court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n \u201cThe\nJNF is not and cannot be loyal to the entire Israeli public. The\nJNF\u2019s loyalty is reserved for the Jewish people alone – for whom it\nwas established and for whom it acts. [\u2026] The JNF will argue that\nit bears no duty to allocate its land to non-Jews. To the extent the\nmatter concerns JNF land, it will lead not only to interference with\nand disruption of the order of the JNF\u2019s activities and tasks, but\nwill negate entirely its unique function as the owner of the eternal\nproperty of the Jewish People.\u201diii<\/sup><\/a>\n The Racism of the JNF\/KKL should preclude any links with a British\nCharity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n3.\n The JNF UK created the British Park on the ruins of the village of\nAjjur (and others). When the owners of the land raised the issue\nwith the Charity Commission, their solicitor said \u201cIt may be that\nMs Al Ajarma and her family have legal rights that have been breached\nby the actions of the Jewish National Fund\u201d but they had no right\nto question the status of the JNFCT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n4.\n The JNFCT openly stated in 2014 that it spent \u00a3114,000 on the Gaza\nwar effort. When the Charity Commission was asked about this it has\nrefused to comment. It also refused to say how many other charities\nhave supported foreign wars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n5.\n The Jewish National Fund (KKL) is working through its wholy owned\nsubsidiary, Himanuta, with ELAD to evict the Sumarin family from\ntheir home in East Jerusalem. ELAD is the settler movement funded by\nRoman Abramovich to the tune of $100million which featured in the BBC\nfilm.iv<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nThis\nissue will not go away. The issue is drifting into the court of\npublic opinion and into parliament.v<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nI\nask you to draw this issue to the other members of the board, and\nremove the JNFCT from the list of charities. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
